At NovaLift, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and include all documentation to ensure your refund is processed without delay.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed.
